Biography: Elle Loco was incarcerated in a high security mental institution, but one day she managed to escape the shackles of her straightjacket & padded room. Elle soon found herself in the Northwest, trying to ignore the voices in her head that were telling her to infict pain on the people around her. The Rainy City Rollergirls took Elle under their umbrella and allowed an output for these voices in the form of hard blocking on the track.
